Nereus Consulting Group founded its Lawson-based Budgeting & Planning Practice in 2008 with the addition of Allan Ingle to the Nereus team.  Allan joined Nereus as our LBP Practice Manager.  Allan is a former Lawson® Software employee and had been involved with all aspects of LBP including:

Our philosophy is to design for production.  The LBP Development environment is built using current production data; mitigating timing and conversion issues and results in a speedier implementation.  We apply the following philosophy to our projects:

Remote Training
Learning sessions that give the client exposure to the application before the "traditional" implementation phase begins; speeding up the application learning curve and reducing implementation costs.

Design Phase
The project team prototypes the application design using Rapid Application Development, giving the client fast turn around when responding to procedural issues.

Budget Cycle Testing
The client tests the validity of the conceptual and physical design by completing an abbreviated full budget cycle.

Production Migration
LBP Development Meta Data is migrated into Production; mitigating data migration and build errors and results in a faster build out.
